Happy Diwali! Every recipe I have tried from your site has been amazing! Your recipes are easy to follow and I love the stories you share with your recipes. I previously spent a month in Rajisthan, around Udaipur, while I was there I had an amazing dry curry made with wonderful red carrots and green peas. I've been searching for a recipe, but I'm not sure what it's called in Hindi. It was very simple but so flavorful. I was wondering if you might know of such a dish? Thanks again for the great recipes!

  18. Thanks, all!

Gordon, Thanks for your kind words. About the curry, I don't remember eating this but you have inspired me to make a peas and carrot curry with Rajasthani spices. I'll try it soon and post it if it turns out okay.
